By creating an account or using Dwellio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Dwellio provides a rental property alert service that monitors UK property websites and sends notifications to users when new properties match their specified criteria.
Automated data collection: To deliver this service, Dwellio uses automated software to collect publicly available property listing data from third-party property portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, OpenRent, SpareRoom and PrimeLocation. This data collection is performed by automated means (web scraping). Dwellio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to any of these portals or their parent companies.
Because this service depends on the continued availability of third-party data sources, Dwellio cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to property listings. If a third-party portal changes its website structure, restricts access, or becomes unavailable, the Dwellio service may be temporarily suspended or degraded. We will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible but accept no liability for outages caused by third-party actions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Dwellio is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property listings. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided through our service.
